Action Camp Update

Action Camp will not be running in the month of June. Father Daniel and the Vestry are waiting for guidelines from the state about running Camp in July and August. I will notify you as soon as I hear any decisions and plans.  I apologize for the uncertainty and hope to have a more definitive plan for you soon.

BROADWAY BOUND

Week of 7/27 : 9 am - 1 pm

Week of 8/3 : 9 am - 1 pm

available for Primary Campers, ages 4-7 year olds

Children will let their imaginations soar as they enter the world of musical theater. During the week, children will learn about the different elements that it takes to make a Broadway musical. From sets, props, costumes, choreography, etc. they will work together to create their own number from a Broadway show.

The weeks will be filled with music, movement, acting, theater games and more all in a supportive and nurturing environment. Children will develop creative expression, problem solve, build self-esteem and gain an appreciation for the arts.  Each week of Broadway Bound will have a different musical number to be performed at the end of each camp week and family and friends are invited to these performances.

Mrs. Gendron has a BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. After many years performing on Broadway and across North America, she started teaching various styles of dance to ages 2 and up and musical theater to all ages. She has taught overseas and in NYC to international students coming to learn about Broadway musicals. She currently is the Music Teacher at St. Andrew’s, as well as an assistant teacher with the 3’s and Broadway Bound enrichment teacher throughout the school year.
