Sunday Hospitality

Episcopalians love to visit and make merry!  The 10:00 AM Sunday service during the school year and the 9 AM summer service are followed by "hospitaity".  During this time, people mingle, visit, catch up on the events happening in all of our lives, and make new friends.  Visiting is best with a cup of coffee or a sweet treat in your hand.

Many volunteers take turns hosting hospitality each Sunday by brewing the coffee, heating water for tea, providing juice and something sweet to nibble.  The volunteers also clean up the parish hall and kitchen following the hospitality hour. Hospitality can be hosted by one family or a group of friends.  Margery and Bob Ashmun chair this effort.  They have provided clear and simple to follow directions for new volunteers.  You can select a Sunday to host and view the directions by using the following link.

During the summer months, refreshments are offerred on the patio and are lighter fare: lemonade, iced tea, etc. and fruit or a sweet treat.  Volunteers can sign up on the poster in the Narthex.  Rick Anderson chairs summer hospitaity.
